Update July 2026
Our Commitment
Babolat is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for all customers, including those with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive user experience by aligning our website, www.babolat.com/us, with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
Methodology & Continuous Improvement
To maintain a high standard of usability, we employ a proactive testing and monitoring strategy:
- • Automated & Manual Audits: We perform regular automated scans and manual accessibility audits using keyboard-only navigation and VoiceOver.
- • Remediation: Identified barriers are integrated into our development roadmap for timely resolution.
- • Assistive Technology: Our site is designed to be compatible with common screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.
Current Limitations
While we aim for full accessibility, the dynamic nature of our platform means some content may be in transition.
- • Third-Party Features: Our site utilizes third-party components (e.g., reviews or map interfaces). While we encourage our partners to provide accessible content, we cannot guarantee the full conformance of external tools. However we do include them in our audit scope and ensure we can provide a solution to keep them accessible.
- • Legacy Content: Some older downloadable files or multimedia assets may not yet be fully optimized.
Feedback & Alternative Formats
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or require a specific document in an alternative format (such as a text-only file), please reach out to us. We are committed to providing "Equivalent Facilitation" to ensure you can access our services.
