Babolat officially partners the “All In Tennis Academy”

In September 2021, Babolat became an official partner of the All In Tennis Academy, the high-level tennis coaching and training centers founded by Thierry Ascione and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
This partnership is set to thrive with the opening of the new superstructure in OL Vallée complex in Décines early 2023.

AN ACADEMY FOR TENNIS LOVERS

The All In Tennis Academy by Thierry Ascione and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga plays a leading role on the French tennis scene.
To optimize performance on the tennis courts and allow players to reach the highest level, this new-generation ‘tennis school’ provides expert coaching as part of a personalized approach. Following the example of players like Lucas Pouille, Antoine Hoang, Romain Gales and Valentin Royer from Team Babolat, the Academy trains future tennis champions and coaches professional players on campuses across France including in Paris, Lyon-Dardilly, and Villeneuve-Loubet on the French Riviera.
The academy also caters for club competition and recreational tennis and padel players, including at the All In Country Club in Grasse, owned by the All In group.
Babolat is now the official supplier of racquets, strings, balls, and bags to All In Tennis Academy sites and provides coaches with their equipment - except for apparel and shoes. The brand will obviously also share its technical expertise with all academy members to better adapt equipment to players. In addition, Babolat is partnering with the ATP 250 tournament in Lyon organized by All In Events, the events affiliate of the All In group.

NEW SUPERSTRUCTURE IN LYON

In the future, the All In Tennis Academy will benefit from 3.5 hectares of exceptional facilities, next to the Groupama Stadium in Décines, close to Lyon, at the heart of OL Vallée complex, which is set to open in early 2023. The opening of this new site not far from Babolat’s European base camp will help forge links between the two partners.

SHARED VALUES, COMMON VISION

This new partnership between Babolat and the All In group checks all the boxes. Firstly, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga is an iconic player on the Pro Babolat team, and the brand naturally wanted to help his academy grow so others could share in his passion for tennis.

“For a big part of my career, Babolat has been there for me, and I am delighted they are able to support my projects such as the All In Academy. This is a meaningful partnership, and I am extremely grateful for their loyalty,” says the player.

Moreover, like Babolat, the All In Tennis Academy is for everyone who enjoys racquet sports, from tennis and padel to badminton. For the founder of the All In Tennis Academy, Thierry Ascione,  native of Lyon, the partnership between these two leading actors makes perfect sense: “Babolat immediately took a close interest in our plans, and I am excited to include one of the leading racquet sports equipment brands among our supporters. I am convinced this partnership will be beneficial in all sorts of ways because, beyond being geographically close, we share the same quest for excellence.”

A vision shared by Eric Babolat, President of the Lyon-based company: “Babolat has always enjoyed a close relationship with the game and its players. This partnership with the All In Academy will make available outstanding facilities and enable our brand to continue evolving our equipments  through real-life observation.”
