Q : I just received a repaired stringing machine (model 1000 / 2000 / 2500 / 3000 / 3500 / 4000 / 4500 / 5000 / star 4) : the traction head is locked on "start" position and the machine makes a continuous "bip"
A :
You probably forgot to remove the transport screw, located between the turntable and the traction head. Take it out completely (the screw is 12 cm / 4.7 in. long) and turn the machine off/on again.

Q : Though removing the transport screw, the traction head still does not move. Is there a special starting procedure ?
A :
The tension sensor may be damaged. Please call your country after sales service to get a solution.

In any case, remember to remove the safety transport screw each time you receive a stringing machine of the models 1000 / 2000 / 2500 / 3000 / 3500 / 4000 / 4500 / 5000 STAR 4
